We did what we always do: listened first, walked their existing setup, understood what energised their people and what didn't, and only then started looking. The answer was a built-to-suit, fully managed space in Gurugram — designed and constructed from scratch, exclusively for them, with Quattro Spaces as build partner. We stayed through every step: lease structuring, design inputs, build oversight, move-in.

Twenty years inside the industry.
Now outside the noise.

I spent the better part of two decades on the operator side of commercial real estate — first at Regus / IWG, then leading sales and growth at CorporatEdge, and finally as part of the team that scaled The Work Project into Singapore's fourth-largest coworking platform with eightfold revenue growth.

My on-ground career has been based across three markets — India, Singapore, and Hong Kong — with roughly 12,000 desks transacted along the way. That cross-market perspective shapes how I read the Indian market today: which trends are local, which are arriving from elsewhere, and which assumptions deserve to be questioned.

Adaptive exists because I now want to sit on the other side of the table — representing tenants and occupiers in India with the same insight that landlords once paid me for. Adaptive is intentionally small. We don't aspire to broker every deal in the market. We aspire to be the firm a small number of CFOs and founders trust with the workplace decisions that matter most.
